This privacy policy explains how STUDIO META LLC ("we", "us") handles your information in connection with the Video Slice macOS application and the video-slice marketing website (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

The Video Slice app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All video processing happens locally on your device. The app does not connect to any server we operate.

The marketing website stores a single non-identifying preference in your browser's local storage: your selected display language (English or Japanese). No analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising.

2. Payment processing

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the information necessary to complete your purchase (name, email, billing address, payment details). We receive only limited transaction data (order ID, customer email, country) for fulfillment and support purposes. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details.

3. Email correspondence

If you contact us by email, we will retain your message and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing.

4. Third-party services

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Standard server access logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting contact@studio-meta.tech.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date below indicates when the most recent change was made.
